We start by first understanding your business and role requirements, then draft a job description which is posted across multiple job boards and cross-referenced against our own databases.

Candidates are screened carefully for capability, fit, and reliability, allowing us to present a shortlist aligned to your role:

Each shortlisted candidate is interviewed by our senior recruiters to explore motivation, cultural fit, role understanding, and suitability, helping us refine the shortlist before final client interviews.

We provide you with the following items per shortlisted candidate:

  • Resume

  • Video interview

  • Task results

Final interviews by you

You interview the final shortlisted candidates to compare strengths, explore team fit, and choose the person best suited to your role, business, and way of working.

Contract: Once your candidate is chosen, we support with legal templates for contracting, or support EOR / Enterprise Browser onboarding (with discounted pricing).

Before finalising the hire, we conduct independent third-party reference checks to provide more reliable insights, reduce bias, and help validate the candidate’s experience and suitability.
