If you are a client or client representative, we may collect your name, job title, company name, contact details, billing and account information, communications and enquiry details, and service preferences and engagement history.

If you are a candidate, worker, contractor, or prospective worker, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, general location, resume or CV details, employment history, education, qualifications, skills, references, interview notes, screening and assessment information, work samples, referee details, and communications history.

2.1.3

Where relevant to the engagement model or onboarding process, we may also collect right-to-work information, identity verification information, tax or payroll information, bank account details, emergency contact details, and equipment or shipping details.

2.1.4

If you visit our website, we may collect device, browser, IP address, usage, cookie, and analytics information.

2.2

We may also collect sensitive information, such as health information or criminal history information, where it is reasonably necessary for our functions or activities, and where you have consented or we are otherwise permitted or required by law to do so.

2.3

We do not generally seek to collect sensitive information unless it is reasonably necessary in the recruitment, onboarding, or compliance context.

manage onboarding, engagement setup, contractual documentation, and administrative processes;

comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and manage risk; and

4.1.9

send direct marketing communications where permitted by law.

RECRUITMENT AND ONBOARDING CONTEXT

5.1

If you are a candidate, worker, contractor, or prospective worker, we may use your personal information to:

present your profile or application to prospective or engaged clients, typically as part of the recruitment process; and

5.1.4

assess role requirements and manage the recruitment or service engagement;

5.2.2

communicate with you about candidates, services, onboarding, and commercial matters; and

5.2.3

coordinate contractual, administrative, and onboarding steps with relevant third parties where applicable.

Because we support offshore hiring and may work with offshore candidates, workers, clients, teams, and service providers, we may disclose personal information to recipients located outside Australia.

Depending on the engagement, those recipients may be located in countries including the Philippines and India, and in other jurisdictions relevant to the recruitment, onboarding, support, or service delivery process.

7.3

It may not always be practicable to identify every country in which an overseas recipient is located at the time this Privacy Policy is published.

7.4

Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps in the circumstances to ensure that the disclosure is for legitimate business purposes and that appropriate contractual, operational, or technical safeguards are in place.

Overseas recipients may be subject to privacy laws that differ from those in Australia.

By dealing with us, applying for a role, or otherwise providing personal information in connection with our services, you acknowledge that overseas disclosures may occur as described in this Privacy Policy.
