If you are a candidate, worker, contractor, or prospective worker, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, general location, resume or CV details, employment history, education, qualifications, skills, references, interview notes, screening and assessment information, work samples, referee details, and communications history.

Where relevant to the engagement model or onboarding process, we may also collect right-to-work information, identity verification information, tax or payroll information, bank account details, emergency contact details, and equipment or shipping details.

Because we support offshore hiring and may work with offshore candidates, workers, clients, teams, and service providers, we may disclose personal information to recipients located outside Australia.

Depending on the engagement, those recipients may be located in countries including the Philippines and India, and in other jurisdictions relevant to the recruitment, onboarding, support, or service delivery process.

It may not always be practicable to identify every country in which an overseas recipient is located at the time this Privacy Policy is published.

Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps in the circumstances to ensure that the disclosure is for legitimate business purposes and that appropriate contractual, operational, or technical safeguards are in place.
