Any services supplied by Oshore (including sourcing, screening, introductions, outsourcing support, onboarding coordination, technical, engineering, business consulting, documentation support, or compliance coordination) are only provided under separate written agreements (including, but not limited to, service agreements, statements of work, schedules, and onboarding documents) with the relevant client and/or other parties (“Client Services Agreement”).

Website descriptions, examples, packages, pricing, timelines, market commentary, salary ranges, technical, and other content are indicative only.
3.3
Nothing on the Website forms part of any agreement with Oshore unless expressly incorporated in a Client Services Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between the Website content and a Client Services Agreement, the Client Services Agreement prevails.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, any fees, prices, deposits, charges, pricing examples, salary examples, savings examples, or other monetary amounts shown on the Website are stated in Australian dollars (AUD).

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all amounts shown on the Website exclude GST and any other applicable taxes, duties, or government charges.

Website pricing is indicative only and does not constitute a binding quote, offer, or promise of availability. Final pricing, scope, and payment terms will be set out in the relevant proposal, or Client Services Agreement.

Oshore may change Website pricing, service descriptions, packages, promotional discounts, inclusions, or offers at any time without notice.

NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES, CANDIDATES, OR TIMEFRAMES
5.1
Recruitment, hiring and related services are inherently variable. While we take reasonable care in our processes, we do not guarantee:
5.1.1
candidate availability, suitability, or willingness to accept an engagement;
5.1.2
performance, conduct, retention, cultural fit, or outcomes;
5.1.3
that any role will be filled;
5.1.4
any specific hiring timeline, onboarding timeline, or cost saving;
5.1.5
any salary level, market rate, savings amount, tax outcome, classification outcome, or commercial outcome; and
5.1.6
any visa, migration, regulatory, payroll, employment law, or onboarding outcome involving third parties.

Any case studies, examples, salary ranges, market rates, pricing examples, ‘savings’ figures, or timeframes shown on the Website are estimates only, are illustrative in nature, and may vary depending on role type, candidate market conditions, location, service scope, third-party providers, and other circumstances.
