We focus on quality and fit, not volume. That means tighter shortlists, stronger screening, and better alignment on communication and role expectations. You get candidates who can operate in a professional environment and work like an extension of your local team.

Every candidate is screened for role specific capability, education level, and then assessed for communication, work style, and reliability. Depending on the role, that can include practical tasks, technical interviews, portfolio review, reference checks, and structured scorecards so decisions are consistent and transparent.

Partnering with Oshore for your offshore hiring is a low cost, high impact option. We charge AU$500 upfront to kick start the hiring process, and then a one-off placement fee of AU$4,500 on success (totaling AU$5,000), or if you enter into a partnership agreement for multiple hires, you can opt for a flat fee of 25% of each candidate’s first year salary. With our Direct Hiring model, there are no ongoing monthly fees, and the hire works directly for you with you calling the shots. Most clients reduce payroll costs from between 70% to 80% compared to local hires.

You can hire via your preferred model. Some clients engage talent as ‘contractors’, while others use an ‘Employer of Record’ arrangement where a third party company is contracted to hire the person in their country of residence, enabling full compliance with local laws. We will help you choose the right approach based on role, location, and risk tolerance, and we support the setup so payroll and compliance are handled properly.
